Painting from the Soul of Giverny: My New Series Inspired by Claude Monet’s Floral Garden

Come with me to Claude Monet’s garden in Giverny and discover how this iconic place inspired me to paint the Nympheas, waterlilies and flowers of this magical place. This new painting serie is an ode to beauty, nature, and Claude Monet’s legacy. But also a love letter to my younger self: we did it!

Discovering Monet’s Garden as a Child changed my life

There are places that stay with you, even long after you leave. For me, one of those places is Claude Monet’s garden in Giverny.

I still remember the light that filtered through the trees, the softness of the air, the flowers growing as if they had always belonged to another world. I was just a child from Normandy, but something in that garden felt like a quiet calling. I didn’t know it then, but it planted a seed in me.

Years later, when I picked up my brushes again in 2017, I began by reproducing in my own way the works of Monet and Renoir...small studies to relearn how to see, how to feel color.

It was my way of returning to myself. And now, in this new season of my life and art, that seed is blooming again.

Why Monet’s Garden in Giverny Still Captivates Artists Around the World

More than a tourist destination, Monet’s garden is a living work of art.

Designed by the master himself, its lush flower beds, Japanese bridge, and lily pond continue to inspire generations of painters, photographers, and wild dreamers like us.

It’s no surprise that this magical place draws thousands of poets, artists, flower lovers every year.

It is also the reason why I want to paint and reconnect to what inspired me as a child ... the place and artist that made me want to become a painter.

Let's immerse ourselves with beauty...and feel.

Finding my Voice: My Artistic Journey with Claude Monet

how it all started...

In 2020, I returned to Giverny without knowing that a few months later I would start my professional art career, it was like meant to be: my own original interpretations of Monet’s garden through the feminine lens of my soul.

Reflecting in the beauty of this place

A few month after my visit, fall 2020 I decided to create again a few waterlilies paintings but this time, it felt different than in 2017.

This time, I felt a deep calling. I was no longer afraid to fail, I felt like my doubts and fear of not being "talented enough" started to disappear.

Something awakened in me. It was like I was remembering. I knew that my dream were possible. I knew that I could be who I wanted to be. A true artist that would paint and sell her art around the world. This was my dream.

It was a rebirth. Reclaiming my worth, my self...

In January 2021, I officially started my new art career.

It took me 4 years to explore myself, master oil paint and many different mediums and many paintings were created until now.

These pieces reflect a deeply personal connection to nature and light, capturing the energy of Giverny in a style that reveals my truest self as an artist.

When Art Meets Feminine Expression:

What You’ll See in This Monet Collection

Delicate florals, dreamy landscapes, and poetic light and peaceful colors.

This collection includes both early 2017-2019 works and brand-new original pieces inspired by my recent memories of Giverny.

These paintings invite you to feel the wild, soft, untamed energy I felt in Monet’s garden... where everything grows freely, yet with such romantic beauty.

To me, it’s a reflection of the gentle feminine energy found in flowers and nature, where the wildness and softness coexist in perfect harmony.
