Section 1 - General Terms & Eligibility By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Section 2 - Purchases and Contract Formation

Section 3 - Pricing, Accuracy, and Changes Prices for our artworks and products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without liability. While we make every effort to display the colors and details of our paintings accurately, slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings.
Section 4 - Right of Withdrawal (Droit de rétractation) & Returns

Standard Products (Fine Art Prints): In accordance with European consumer law, if you are purchasing as a consumer within the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your print to return it in its original condition for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Custom Commissions & Original Artworks: Please note that personalized or custom-commissioned artworks created specifically for you are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law once production or creation has begun.

Section 5 - Intellectual Property & Copyright All content on this website—including original artwork, images, text, graphics, logos, and photographs—is the exclusive property of Naïma Moussa (Naïma Namaste). Purchasing a physical painting gives you ownership of the physical object only. It does not grant you the right to reproduce, copy, distribute, license, or create derivative works for commercial or public use without prior written consent.
Section 6 - Limitation of Liability We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The website and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”. Naïma Namaste Fine Arts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or purchase of art products.
Section 7 - Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
