Where the Roses Bloom | Original Oil Painting
"I found the muse within myself and loved her fiercely."
This painting is inspired by John William Waterhouse’s *Boreas*. His portrayal of femininity has always moved me, and for a long time, I dreamed of reinterpreting one of his works in my own way, infused with my own energy.
Drawn to roses as a symbol of the sacred feminine and enchanted by wildflowers, I chose to envelop this woman in blooms that are an extension of her being. She is blossoming, breathing flowers—soft yet strong, delicate yet resilient."
