Un voyage floral à travers Giverny et au-delà
Mon amour pour Claude Monet remonte à l'enfance, lors de visites scolaires à son jardin et sa maison de Giverny.
Née en Normandie, j'ai immédiatement ressenti une connexion avec son univers : la douce beauté du lieu, les fleurs, le calme du bassin aux nymphéas, le rêve de peindre la nature comme un art de vivre.
Des années plus tard, c'est ce souvenir qui m'a ramenée à la peinture. En 2017, j'ai commencé par recréer certaines œuvres de Monet, non pas en copiste, mais en femme retrouvant sa voix à travers le pinceau.
Aujourd'hui, cette nouvelle collection est un hommage à Monet, au jardin qui a éveillé en moi une flamme profonde, et à la beauté intemporelle de la nature en fleurs. J'espère que cette série vous enchantera et vous inspirera au quotidien.
Inspiration du jardin de Giverny

Petite fille, en Normandie, j'ai visité la maison et le jardin de Claude Monet à Giverny avec mon école.
Je me souviens de ces instants passés au milieu des fleurs, à contempler les jeux de lumière sur l'étang, et de cette certitude tranquille : un jour, je serais peintre.
Les années ont passé. Je n'ai pas fait d'école d'art ni suivi le parcours « classique »…
Mais en 2017, j'ai enfin écouté ma voix intérieure.
J'ai pris un pinceau, versé de la peinture acrylique et j'ai commencé à reproduire certaines de mes œuvres préférées de Monet… non pas pour les autres, mais pour moi. Pour prouver que j'en étais capable. Pour raviver un rêve.
C'était ma façon d'entrer dans le monde de la peinture… un coup de pinceau après l'autre.

The Story behind the Inspiration
In 2020, I returned to Giverny as an artist...no longer the dreaming child, but a woman shaped by years of painting and living with nature as my muse.
Wandering again through Monet’s garden, I felt a familiar peace, but also something new: the urge to express this place not through imitation, but through my own eyes.
In this new series, I’ve let the spirit of Monet guide me while painting with my own voice...soft blooms, luminous light, and colors that speak of reverie and renewal.
These works are filled with passion and a desire to share the beauty of this place that still inspires so many of us.
Each canvas carries a piece of Giverny,
seen through the lens of my own story.

This is the first painting in my new 2025 series inspired by Claude Monet’s water garden.
I created it from one of the photos I took during my visit in July 2020.
Reflets dans l'eau captures the quiet beauty of the gardens and one of my favorite things watching the sky and light dance upon the water.

This is the second painting in the series, inspired by a photo I captured in the garden.
I was spellbound by the opera-pink flowers resting by the water, so delicate, so alive.
I lost myself in their quiet beauty, watching them sway gently, as if floating between air and dream.
This painting is like a close up of the previous one titled "Reflets dans l'eau".

"Claude Monet's garden:
Eternal Grace"

This is the third painting of the serie.
A swan glides over deep blue waters, surrounded by abstract waterlilies that seem to float between water and sky.
I felt the circular shape gives the piece a feeling of infinity like time pausing in nature’s rhythm.
It captures the serenity I felt by Monet’s pond, where nympheas drift softly and the world falls silent for a moment.
This painting invites you to pause, breathe, and return to nature’s timeless cycles.

"Where I find my Peace"

This is the fourth painting in the serie, inspired by a photo I captured in the garden.
"The world blooms where we allow ourselves to soften"
In Monet’s garden, I felt a quiet peace. That day, while painting, I slowed down, letting the stillness guide me back to beauty, to softness, and to the tenderness of my own heart.
I was drawn to capture the fog and paint the silence of this magical place.

A Soft Place to Land"

The special piece of my Claude Monet garden serie is an hommage to the beauty of nature.
This painting feels like a myriad of little treasures.
The bridge, to me, reflects the openness and love we are called to keep in our hearts…
The nympheas, with their waterlilies, remind us that even from the depths of darkness, we can always rise.
The little house is a miniature of Claude Monet’s home in Argenteuil, a quiet homage to his world.
And if you look closely, you’ll find collaged butterflies, tiny messengers of wonder...because to me, they are like little angels, whispering to us never to forget the magic in our lives.

"Go with the Slow"

This is the sixth painting in the serie, inspired by a photo I captured in the garden.
"Go with the slow" title was inspired by the feeling I felt when looking at the weeping willow. It was peaceful and romantic and invited me to slow down, enjoy this moment of serenity.

This series is a love letter to Giverny, to the soft poetry of nature, and to the dream that Claude Monet sparked in me as a child.
Each painting holds a piece of that wonder I felt walking through his garden, surrounded by blossoms, reflections, and the quiet magic that lingers in the air.
Through my own eyes and brushes, I’ve painted not only flowers and water, but the feeling of being there... the joy, the stillness, the inspiration that flows in every petal and every ray of light.
